Condos in the News Take a look at news stories affecting condo associations at the bottom of this page! We're BackThe Condopedia website was recently attacked and, as a result, the company that hosts our website asked us to upgrade the specialized software that runs Condopedia. This has taken longer than expected because of the complexity of our customized environment and development costs. The attack was of the "denial of service" variety - no confidential information, either ours or that of our customers, was taken or even attempted to be taken. We are now in the process of switching to a web platform that will be easier to maintain and keep secure. In a couple of weeks you will see a newer version of Condopedia with, perhaps, a slightly different interface but the same depth of content, information and features you've come to rely on. We thank you for your patience. If you've come across any condo-related questions you've been wanting to ask us, click here to send us an e-mail. Thanks, Tim Byrne President Condopedia Fireplace SafetyWith cooler weather (in most parts of the country), it's time to start thinking about your fireplaces.
